We built Cibo with a simple goal: create a space where people can gather, eat well, and enjoy real hospitality. After years in the restaurant world, we knew what we wanted. Fresh food, bold flavor, and a space that feels both fun and elevated. Patchogue needed a spot like this, and we were ready to bring it to life.

Once we found the right spot we got to work. This wasn’t a makeover, it was a war zone. Floors ripped out. Walls leveled. Sweat, grit, and working way past 9–5. We tore it down to nothing so we could build something that matters.
